Ireland joined the Anderson Vet team in April, 2024. Before joining our team, Ireland attended Old’s College in Alberta where she completed the Animal Health and Technology Diploma, as well as completing her VMR: Veterinary Medicine Receptionist Certificate.

Before living in the Okanagan, Ireland grew up on a hobby farm in Grand Forks, BC. Her upbringing on the farm quickly fueled her love and passion for animals: thus, making her decision to work in veterinary medicine, an easy decision.

When not at work, Ireland enjoys to work out, attend concerts, collect tattoos, and spend time with her menagerie of pets: Opal (pictured above), Lena, Bonnie, Callie, Loki, and Ferdinand.
